Summary/Objective
The Project Assistant/Administrative Assistant will assist with duties such as coordinating vendor contracts and work orders; delivering packages, documents, and permits to regulatory offices; preparing meeting summary notes and reports; organizing field documentation; uploading data to file-sharing software; researching reports for litigation support; completing boring logs; and performing other tasks as assigned. The successful candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and responsible.
Essential Functions

- Maintain front desk, answer, forward and coordinate calls.
- Document scanning and organization.

- Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist with meal ordering, delivery and event set up.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in project support role for consulting, engineering, or other professional services firms.
- Excellent writing, organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills.
- General accounting skills.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Proficiency in the use of office equipment.
- Willingness to learn and use new computer programs and applications.
- Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or on a team.
