The 10th Annual Career Event of the Puget Sound Section of the American Chemical Society is held on February 12th from 1-5 PM at the City of Tacoma, Center for Urban Waters Research Lab [326 East D Street, Tacoma, WA 98421, www.urbanwaters.org]
This event is meant for all science students (not just chemistry students) to help them get an understanding of careers in the sciences. There will be panel discussion on careers and lab tours in addition to a keynote speaker. Please encourage your students to attend. The event is free although registration on line is required (registration is at: http://pugetsound.sites.acs.org/careerevent2014.htm). Registration deadline is February 8th, 2014.
