the 2nd National Adaptation Forum call for proposals and registration is open! However, we don’t want anyone to miss out on this opportunity and thought it was a good idea to share with as many adaptation partners as possible.
THE CALL FOR PROPOSALS DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED!
Proposals are being accepted for Symposia, Training Sessions, Working Groups, Oral Presentations, Poster Presentations, and a Tools Café that reflect the best thinking in the field, informed by theory, research, and practice. The Call for Proposals deadline has been extended; all proposals are now due by 11:59 p.m. PT, November 3, 2014
The National Adaptation Forum is the biennial gathering of the adaptation community to foster information exchange, innovation and mutual support for a better tomorrow. At the Forum, participants learn how to make their work climate-informed, share what they have learned with others, and develop a stronger network of collaborative peers.
The 2nd National Adaptation Forum will take place from May 12 through May 14, 2015 in St. Louis, MO and will engage key individuals from such diverse fields as industry, academia, government, and non-profit organizations, all working across traditional boundaries to develop adaptation solutions and partnerships.
The Program for 2015 centers on adaptation integration:
- Make adaptation part of everything you do; and
- Break out of silos to create holistic, durable solutions.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION
Three days of conference admission, conference program and materials, opening and closing plenary sessions, three continental breakfasts, three buffet lunches and an evening buffet reception.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Participants will receive a refund of their registration less a $50 processing fee if a cancellation notice is received by 12:00 a.m. PT, April 13, 2015. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after April 13, 2015. Substitution of a non-registered attendee for one who is registered, but unable to attend, is accepted at any time with no penalty.
