The Keynote and morning program will be given by Guadalupe G. Lara, LMSW. She was named by five different Michigan governors to lead boards and commissions for her advocacy. Ms. Lara has deep experience as a leader in nonprofits and government and is a motivational speaker recognized by over 45 organizations internationally for her work on inclusion. She is the Director of the Consortium of Hispanic Agencies in Detroit. Her plenary session is “Embracing the Uncomfortable Conversations with Diverse Populations.”
