The Assistant Division Manager (ADM) for IT Operations is an integral part of a dynamic three member leadership team for the Information Technology Division (ITD). The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of Information Technology for our agency to ensure that the internal and field systems are meeting customer expectations for availability and quality.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
· Extensive management background that includes supervising technical positions.
· Five years experience.
· Experience and understanding of ITIL concepts.
