Along the Train Tracks:
- Scotch Broom – abundant along the train tracks, yellow flowers have wilted, I was surprised by the pea like pods
- Ribwort – I’m finding this everywhere in Olympia now
- Himalayin Blackberry – there are tons of bushes around
- Oxeye Daisy
- Spotted Knapweed
- Purple Peavine
- Nootka Rose
- Western Buttercup
- Prickly Sow-Thistle
- Prickly Sow-Thistle
- Orchard Grass – one of the many varieties of grass found along the train tracks
- European Buttersweet – found hiding under a tree at the end of the rainbow bridge
In the vicinity of the Dam:
- Salmon Berry – found in neighborhood behind train tracks opposite side of the bridges
- Common Horsetail
- Frog Pelt – also found at Cougar Rock at Mount Rainier
- Tall Clustered Thread Moss
- Juniper Haircap Moss – also found in Upper Nisqually
- Herb-Robert – found on train tracks
- Lipstick Cladonia – also found in Twin Firs at Mount Rainier
- Western St. John’s-Wort
- California Poppy
- Swamp Moss
