Spade George is part of a dying breed.  The hardcore rebel bikers image of the 1960’s and 1970’s, is fading away as the newer less abrasive bikers of today become more common.  Like Spade George, my father took me to preschool perched on the tank of his Harley, just as George took his daughter to school on his bike.  With friends instantly knowing your parents were much different from theirs, it took time for to be proud of our leather clad parents.  But soon learned they were on to something.

Spade Gorge and his not so politically correct out look on drunk driving, speaks his mind about the bikers of today.  And how proud he is of his daughter in her career as an artist.  George came to San Francisco in the earlry 70’s and has made a name for himself along the way.  Not knowing anyone when he moved to the west coast and riding the wave of the Free love hippies of the late 60’s.  George was able to open a motorcycle shop and has been a staple in the biker west coast community ever since.

Spade George is a real hep cat, and knows how to put it down.
