I collected and cleaned the mushrooms. Then I sauteed them with some garlic, onion, oil, salt, smoke flavor, and soy sauce. After I was sure they were thoroughly cooked, I baked them for 2 hours on 300 turning every 15 minutes.

They turned out DELICIOUS!
