Position Profile:
 The WSDOT Environmental Services Office Liaison Program Manager is currently seeking a top-notch candidate to fill the Liaison Program Coordinator (Transportation Planning Specialist 3) vacancy.  The Liaison Program, including the Multi-Agency Permitting (MAP) Team, directly supports WSDOT project delivery by providing technical and regulatory Endangered Species Act (ESA) consultations and permitting services directly to WSDOT projects. The Liaison Program / MAP Team Coordinator position fulfills and integral and central role in the Liaison Program. The selected candidate will assist the Liaison Program Manager in planning and organizing Liaison Program workload; track, analyze, and report data on Liaison Program performance; monitor and report on Liaison Program budget; serve as a customer service lead for the Liaison Program; and perform process evaluations to ensure the Liaison Program, ESA consultations and environmental permitting processes run correctly and efficiently to avoid delays to critical WSDOT project delivery.
