“Environmental Studies” would meet once per week for 14 instructional weeks (3 hours each session) plus a 15th session during “finals week” for the final exam (August 29-December 16). The course is envisioned as an evening course (6:15pm–9:15pm) for this fall.

Applicants are expected to have a Ph.D. or terminal degree in the area of their teaching (i.e., Environmental Science, with some other possibilities) and must be approved by the appropriate academic unit at NYU. (Ph.D. candidates with a strong teaching record might also be considered.)
