Under immediate or general supervision, will perform site cleanup at various parks and facilities which includes cleaning all restroom facilities, emptying all trash cans, picking up litter, and using a blower to clear debris. Assists with storm cleanup as needed.

This temporary position will work 20 hours per week beginning in October and working through mid-March, 2018. Work schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and Monday 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

With nearly 345 miles of roadway lanes; 3,800 streetlights and traffic signals; 525 miles of water, sewer and stormwater lines; 250 acres of maintained parks and facilities; 125,000 square feet of occupied buildings; a fleet of 240 vehicles; and numerous volunteer programs, Public Works is the largest and most diverse department within Lacey’s municipal organization.
