Pay depending on experience

Qualified candidates will have a Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, with 2 or more years working in Early Childhood; possess clear communication skills, verbally and in written form; and have a basic proficiency with computers. They will also have an attention to detail, effective interpersonal and problem solving skills, and be organized and able to multi-task. Familiarity with the philosophies of the schools of Reggio Emilia (nature inspired, play-based) is preferred–a willingness to study more is required.
