Details: This single-day scientific and policy symposium is focused on efforts to restore and conserve the shorelines and habitats of the Deschutes Estuary. Funded by The Bullitt Foundation and convened by the Olympia Coalition for Ecosystems Preservation, Sound Waters will bring together the nearby entities (e.g., thirty government, non-profit organizations, businesses, and Tribal Nations) that work in Budd Inlet to foster information exchange, facilitate new partnerships, and lead to creation of science-based policy.
