The National Drought Mitigation Center (NDMC) is looking for a science communicator to report, write and edit content on drought monitoring, planning and impacts, and on the activities of the center, serving as lead public information specialist for a university-based organization with a national mission, presenting complex, multi-disciplinary information for different audiences, via a variety of media, including social, electronic and traditional.
