Ellany Kayce is a member of the Tlingit Nation, and serves as Board Chair of Nakani Native Program and is actively engaged on multiple equity cabinets and boards. During this workshop, Ellany will assist participants to understand and acknowledge the unique history and experience of Indigenous Peoples and learn about allyship responsibilities. The Thurston Climate Mitigation Plan will include many items that have equity impacts. We need to be able to apply an equity lens to how we think about this plan. This training will better prepare you for the work we have to do ahead!
