Manage interns and volunteers
Manage green house duties
Irrigation duties
Maintain crops year round
Select and purchase seed
Plan farm for the year work with sales to create annual production needs
Maintain and nurture wild spaces
Maintain organic certification
Process all plant material for market or preserving
Pest management
Light equipment maintenance like changing fluids on tractors
Manage small orchard
Manage interns and volunteers
