Would you like to make a difference on campus? Are you super excited about sustainability?

Join the Clean Energy Committee and make a difference in the future of sustainability on campus at the Evergreen State College.

The Clean Energy Committee collects and oversees the Clean Energy Fund – each student pays $1 per credit for the Clean Energy Fee; with revenue from this fee, the Clean Energy Committee purchases renewable energy credits for all of the campuses electricity use. With funds that remain after the purchase of Green Tags, the Clean Energy Committee has a fund for projects related to Clean Energy, Sustainability, and Resource Conservation as well as overseeing the Clean Energy Education, Research, and Action initiative which was passed by the student body during the Spring 2014 Student Vote.
