Urban Leaders in Training help to meet critical community needs and serve Tacoma’s most vulnerable populations. Service areas include: homelessness of youth and families; college access to high-needs and first-generation students; academic assistance and mentoring to at-risk youth; community development and urban renewal efforts, resource allocation, and program development.
